Thank you so much for your interest. Our first priority is to make The Purple Teddy Bear story and Teddy available for purchase and work through all the logistics to do just that.
Many of my paintings have been made into cards — suitable for all occasions and ready to frame. Likely these will be the first item we explore to add to the site, and then we will expore the logistics around selling (and shipping) the prints. Though at local venues I’ve sold prints and original artwork in frames or with mats, we still need to decide how to sell them on the site (framed, matted only, or simply as prints available to be matted and framed as you choose).

What Information Do We Collect?

We only collect information that we need that is related to your order. This includes your: billing address, shipping address and email address

We do not collect any credit card or other financial data. All payments are processed through PayPal.

We also collect information on your IP address, browser type, and Refer URL data. We use this data to prevent hacking attempts, help us know what web browsers people are using, and find out where our visitors are coming from so that we can improve our marketing.

How Is My Information Used?

Your information is only used to fill your order. We do not sell or redistribute your information to anyone.

Security and Storage

Only your order data billing, shipping, and order contents data is stored on our server. This information is encrypted using a Secure Sockets Layer before it is transmitted over a web server. We do not collect nor do we have access to your Credit Card data.

Cookies and Browser Information

Cookies are small files that reside on your computer and allow us to recognize you on your next visit or store your shopping cart contents. We use them only to track this information.

We are not taking phone orders at this time.

At this time we are processing all payments through PayPal. PayPal accepts bank accounts, credit cards, debit cards and also offers PayPal credit.

Yes. We occasionally offer coupons at events, through our social media sites, or in partnership with a worthy cause. Promotional pricing may be offered at different times throughout the year.

How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 14 days of your purchase. Please use the CONTACT form and write “return” in the subject line. Include the specific item(s) you wish to return and the reason for returning them.

Return Exceptions

Merchandise that has been damaged, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, whichwill be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

All consumer orders are shipped within 72 hours Monday – Saturday. All retail deliveries are scheduled within 72 hours and delivered in person within 5 business days.


We use USPSto deliver our consumer orders.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, box dimensions and your location. A small packaging & handling (P&H) fee is added to the shipping cost to cover packaging supplies.Before the final checkout page you will be shown the cost of shipping with P&H, and can choose the method that meets your cost & delivery needs or you may cancel your order.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order, we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

We only ship within the United States.
